WAINUA

Starts Reducing TTR Protein Quickly and Continues to Keep TTR Low Between Doses

In a clinical study, blood levels of TTR protein were first measured at Week 5. WAINUA lowered TTR protein to 50% from the starting level (baseline) by Week 5, with an 81% decrease from baseline by Week 35. Patients received WAINUA at Week 1 and once every 4 weeks thereafter. Blood levels of TTR protein were measured before the next dose was given, except at Week 35, when it was measured between doses.

Your results may vary.

hATTR Symptoms Start with Unstable TTR Proteins

The transthyretin protein

(TTR) carries vitamin A and thyroid hormones throughout the body. In people with hATTR, the unstable TTR protein breaks apart, misfolds, and forms amyloid fibrils that can build up and cause damage throughout the body.

This Is How WAINUA Works:

How WAINUA WorksHow WAINUA Works mobile

WAINUA works within the liver, where TTR is made,

to lower the production of TTR protein,

which results in fewer
amyloid deposits throughout your body.
