Easy
storage
WAINUA can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 weeks.‡
‡Store WAINUA in its carton in the refrigerator between 36 °F to 46 °F (2 °C to 8 °C). Do not freeze. WAINUA can be stored at room temperature up to 86 °F (30 °C) for up to 6 weeks. Do not let WAINUA reach temperatures above 86 °F (30 °C) or expose to heat. Throw away WAINUA if kept at room temperature longer than 6 weeks.

WAINUA Prefilled Syringe

Who is it for?
The WAINUA prefilled syringe is for the treatment of polyneuropathy due to hATTR in adults. The prefilled syringe may be an option for patients:
- who have trouble using an autoinjector
- who would prefer not to inject themselves
- whose doctor recommends it
How will I receive it?
Administered at a healthcare provider’s office or an injection center by a healthcare provider

WAINUA may cause side effects, including low vitamin A level, a serious, but common side effect. See additional Important Safety Information below.

The WAINUA-treated group had a significant improvement in neuropathy impairment (mNIS+7 score) and quality of life (Norfolk QoL-DN score) after 35 weeks in a clinical trial of adults with hATTR-PN. Improvement was defined as the difference between the change from baseline in the WAINUA group and a placebo group from a similar study.
